A Smile is Charity
Sometimes all a family needs is a friendly face and a shoulder to lean on, and UPLIFT Charity is there. Unfortunately, most times the circumstance calls for much more and UPLIFT Charity is there to assist families in finding a home, getting food or keeping the electricity on.
